water, light, energy, frequency, vibration

The material listed in the description of the work: water, light, frequency and vibration, already says a lot about the artist's approach and the organic sophistication of this installation, which composes with the elements, seeking to encapsulate a small end of infinity, a small end of existence.

Fishing the Moon is composed of a tunnel leading to a room submerged in water which vibrates in reaction to the diffusion of a frequency of 7.83 hertz: the frequency emitted by the Earth, but also that which can be emitted by human beings in deep meditation phase. The reflections of the waves on the water cause a light that seems divine. This piece represents the state of passage between a physical and an interior space, or even a spiritual awakening. It is a way of signifying infinity. Light is understood here as the common language of the universe which opens the way to the perception of oneself and others. On this shimmering surface of water is reflected our inner world, it also invites us to look within to contemplate the bond that unites us to others, through sound, light, movement or feeling, these senses that we share and which connects us deeply to the earth but also to others. We are evolving at the same frequency as the world around us and the one inside of us. This work evokes Jung's enlightenment myth, who finds that in a house invaded by darkness, most people seek to look outside when it should be natural to seek light inside.. The house, the hearth, is therefore the universe which is within us and which we manifest outside of us.
