Daily dream diary

dreams recording sketches / study of dreams

2012- now

The first thing I do when I wake up is to record my dreams through a combination of drawing and writing.
I have long recognized the power of dream journaling as a tool for connecting with the unconscious.
Through recording and reflecting on our dreams,
we can gain access to the rich symbols and archetypes that are embedded in the depths of our psyche.

Dream journaling is not only a way to explore the unconscious, but also a training for consciousness.
By practicing awareness and attention through this process, we can become more present and mindful in our daily life.
We can learn to recognize the signs and signals that the unconscious is sending us,
and become more attuned to the subtle workings of our psyche.

When we enter the dream state, we enter a world where the boundaries of time and space are blurred.
Dreams offer a glimpse into the fourth dimension, where time becomes an illusion and space becomes infinite.

From a physics perspective, the fourth dimension is not a parallel universe but rather a dimension that is perpendicular to our three-dimensional world.
In this dimension, time is not linear, and events can occur simultaneously or in a non-sequential order.

Dreams are a unique opportunity to explore this fourth dimension, where we can experience the fluidity of time and the infinite possibilities of space.
Through our dreams, we can tap into different versions of reality, alternate timelines, and different versions of ourselves.

When we enter the dream state, time becomes variable. Dreams can compress time or stretch it out infinitely.
In fact, dreams themselves are infinite, and the external world we perceive is also infinite.
From the perspective of the fourth dimension,
there is no difference between past lives, afterlife, dreams, and hallucinations
– they are all equally real as our present reality.

The reality we live in is just one of many dreams.
It's merely our perception of the three-dimensional space that creates this reality.
The world we live in is actually a set of holograms in limitless dimensions,
not a set of mirrors that are fixed in time and place, only offering a single reflection.

"Time is an illusion." When we cling to the concept of time defined in three-dimensional space,we limit ourselves to that concept.
In reality, we have constructed a strong collective consciousness and collective subconsciousness,
and our knowledge system has locked these things into this definition.
Thus, we are blocked in a limited state by our perception.

For me, Daily Dream Diary is a daily practice for me to connect with the universal language of the unconscious.
This practice has become not only a way to explore the depths of my psyche, but also a training for consciousness.
By recording my dreams and reflecting on their symbols and themes,
I am training my awareness and attention to become more attuned to the subtle workings of my psyche.

Through this practice, I am learning to recognize patterns and symbols that may be hidden in my waking life.
By paying attention to my dreams, I am becoming more conscious of the forces that shape my thoughts and behaviors.
This training in consciousness is helping me to become more present and aware in my waking life,
explore the infinite possibilities of our consciousness, to break free from the limits of our perception.
